Charlotte is a researcher and nature enthusiast with over a decade of experience studying mental health and well-being promotion. As a faculty member at the Colorado School of Public Health her work focuses on resilience, mindfulness, and holistic health—especially for perinatal women, parents, caregivers, educators, and students. Charlotte brings an evidence-informed approach to her forest bathing practice, blending her academic expertise with a deep reverence for the healing power of nature.
